Product Startup Fundraising Expert

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Startup Fundraising Expert who can drive our fundraising initiatives from conception to completion. This isn’t just about creating compelling pitch decks; it’s about understanding our vision, crafting a narrative, identifying the right investors, and building relationships that lead to successful funding rounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Understand our products, market, and vision to create a tailored fundraising strategy.

Material Creation: Develop compelling pitch decks, financial models, and other presentation materials that resonate with potential investors.

Investor Relations: Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with potential investors, including angel investors, venture capitalists, and strategic partners.

Pitching: Represent Brainchild Engineering in investor meetings, confidently conveying our value proposition and vision.

Negotiation & Deal Closure: Work closely with our legal and executive teams to negotiate terms and close deals.

Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from potential investors, refining our approach and materials accordingly.
Qualifications:

Proven track record of raising funds for startups or early-stage companies.

A strong network of potential investors and industry contacts.

Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to craft a compelling narrative around our products and vision.

Proficiency in creating pitch decks, financial models, and other investor materials.

Strong negotiation skills and understanding of deal structures.

Self-starter attitude with a willingness to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
