Graphic Design & Copywriting for Marketing Email

We need to create a promotional email that will be going out to all tradeshow event attendees.

We have a rough draft of what to include but would like it designed and the content edited to look professional and appealing. Attached are the email specifications and a rough draft of what to include in the content (not limited to these ideas).

Please keep in mind we are looking for a design to take what we have and spruce it up.
