Callnovo is a Professional Contact Center with over 18 years history. We are currently seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Chinese & Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a Ecommerce account. If you are fluent in both Chinese and Spanish, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service, then this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
— Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
— Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide appropriate solutions
— Respond to customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
— Fluent in both Chinese and Spanish (spoken and written)
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— Faster learning ability
— Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
— At least 1 year of online customer service experience
Nice to Have:
— With experience in work with Chinese Company is a Plus
— With Tech support or Call Center experience
Working Schedule:
Shifts: Between 9 am to 6 pm Brazil Time, Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8-9 hours per day, 5 days per week
