Ghost Producer for EDM / tech house

We are seeking a talented ghost producer to finish existing projects in line with industry standards within the EDM and tech house genres.

We have a back catalogue of songs that require support to bring them forward.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in music production and a deep understanding of the EDM / Tech House genres (maybe some pop but mostly dance).

They must be able to work independently and produce tracks that align with current trends in the industry. Key responsibilities include composing original music, arranging tracks, and mixing/mastering final recordings. The ideal candidate should have experience using music production software, a good ear for sound design, and a passion for creating energetic and catchy EDM tracks.

We are open to receiving feedback on the idea / style of track or if a direction change is needed based on your experience.

Consult on composition, if there needs to be any changes.

Consult on instrumentation and swap out for sounds that fit better. (I will trust your musical ears).

Be able to scrap what isn’t working and bring together a cohesive finished song – if I’ve written something that doesn’t work.

Be able to take feedback and collaborate on ideas.

Give feedback on current trends in dance music and which ideas I have are worth developing – and which ideas you connect with this most and think would be worth pursuing.

Be able to deliver a quality production worthy of label release.

Final delivery would be project file in the format that you use as well as all audio stems exported as well as pre-master in grouped stems for mastering engineer depending on the project.

Fixed rate or hourly rate depending on the project complexity.
Price range is dependent on quality of work as well as workflow efficiency.

A release catalogue or portfolio of finished music is essential to validate if the candidate is a good match.

We were considering posting this under sound engineer or producer, but we felt that ghost producer of commercially released songs in this genre would posses all the necessary skills.
We are open to all candidates but portfolio is essential.
We are willing to sign NDA if it is a requirement to share commercial release portfolio of ghost productions.
