Looking for an experienced creative strategist for a leading e-commerce YouTube agency. You will be in charge of the creative strategy process from end to end.You will work to create video ads that are industry-specific and tailored to reach specific audiences to convert and sell.

We work with well-known e-commerce, B2B and D2C brands in Europe and the US across different industries including food, technology, beauty, and SaaS. We help them plan, create and launch successful YouTube advertising campaigns that focus on scaling their revenue.

What we’re looking for in a Creative Strategist

– Excellent market research skills.
– Experience developing strong/unique creative concepts for video ads.
– Strong copywriting skills for video ad scripts.
– Ability to think outside the box and generate new ideas proactively.
– A proven track record of creating strategies that drive sales.
– Experience in UGC content creation.
– Experience overseeing video post-production.

What will you do?

Research
– Know our client’s products and marketing goals.
– Analyze competitors’ marketing strategies and offers.
– Get into the minds of potential customers, understand their needs, desires and concerns.

Creative Concept Development
– Brainstorm out of the box ideas for new video ad concepts for our clients.
– Analyze previous creative concepts/ads and come up with iteration ideas to improve them.
– Keep up with current marketing trends for Youtube and UGC.

Copywriting/Visual Briefs
– Create Youtube Ad script outlines.
– Transform Youtube Ad script outlines into final scripts.
– Oversee the creation of visual briefs for UGC creators.

**A PLUS  if you’re familiar with overseeing video post-production to do quality control and ensure your creative vision is reflected in the final ads’ output.
