Hi there,

In order to support our activities and watch out for our customers, we are looking for someone to handle emails we receive from our customers.

In this role, you will be part of a global team dedicated to supporting our business on an array of interesting issues through e-mail, no phone support involved. I will provide more details about the business for candidates that pass this initial screening after responding to the questions below.

Right now, we are looking for someone who can dedicate between 40 hours per week to this job. We need someone fluent in English and Spanish. We will ask candidates to complete a language test!

If hired, you will be required to follow a fixed shift (evening or night shift based on GMT) with weekends on a rotatory basis. You will be required to attend a weekly meeting every Friday at 2 pm GMT.

The job consists of:

– Treating emails of customers and prospects through Zendesk (no phone or chat)
– Responding to specific requests
– Working in a very fast-paced environment with quality and attention to details
– Guiding customers through the pages of the website
– Reporting bugs and dysfunctions of the website and proposing corrections

You need to have a computer and a good broadband access.

You will also need to be available on Slack in order to speak with your manager on a regular basis. If you have experience with Zendesk, that is a plus, but it’s not a requirement.
