As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering the growth and advancement of our organization’s most valuable asset ā€“ our people. Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Design: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of various teams within the organization.
  2. Individual Development Plans: Collaborate with employees and managers to create personalized development plans, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
  3. Learning Initiatives: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent development to introduce innovative learning initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  4. Mentorship Programs: Establish and manage mentorship programs to facilitate knowledge transfer and professional growth.
  5. Performance Management: Work closely with HR and management teams to integrate talent development initiatives with the overall performance management system.
  6. Skill Assessments: Conduct skill assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.
  7. Evaluation and Reporting: Develop metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of talent development programs. Generate regular reports to track progress and make data-driven recommendations.
  8. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of talent development initiatives with organizational objectives.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in talent development processes and programs, implementing changes as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a Talent Development Specialist or in a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  6. Familiarity with various learning technologies and platforms.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  8. Certification in talent development or related field is a plus.
