Create an API to scrape data from the Companies House website

We are looking for a talented and experienced web developer to create an API to scrape data from the Companies House website. The API should be able to scrape specific data:

Create a list of companies that have submitted a SH02 form in a certain month

The data should be downloadable as a csv including
Company name
Nature of business
Incorporation date
Date of sub-division of shares
Link to SH02 form PDF

Here is an example of a company with a SH02 for or a sub-division of shares in month of June 2023
The API should be easy to use and automatically updated month to month so we can use it on an ongoing basis
