We are seeking a talented Developer to work on our requirement of custom Chat Widget and Bot Backend, enabling us to provide seamless interactions between our users and our services. As a Developer specializing in Chat Widget and Bot Backend, you will play a critical role in enhancing our user experience by creating and maintaining our chat widget and bot backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Building Chat Widget:
– Develop and maintain CSS code, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly chat widget interface.
– Create and optimize JS code for smooth widget interactions and real-time updates.
– Craft HTML markup for the chat widget, adhering to best practices for web development.
– Manage widget hosting, including deployment, scalability, and performance optimization.

Building Bot Backend:
– Utilize Microsoft Bot Framework or similar platforms to build and enhance bot’s capabilities.
– Develop backend functionality using Node.js, Golang, or Python, ensuring reliability and scalability.
– Implement API integrations to facilitate user responses, allowing the bot to interact with our services seamlessly.
– Integrate bot responses into the Chat Widget for a cohesive user experience.

Qualifications:
– Familiarity with the Microsoft Bot Framework or similar chatbot development frameworks.
– Experience with API integrations and the ability to design solutions for dynamic user interactions.
– Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning for chatbot development.
– Previous work on chatbots or similar AI-driven applications.
