Digital marketing for small personal injury law firm

I have a small personal injury practice in Philadelphia. I cater mostly to Hispanic clients. I have never used digital marketing and have no real online presence other than a website. I used to run a tv ad that was successful but it has not been effective lately. I am looking for someone to suggest a cost efficient way to generate cases, automobile, slip and fall, medical malpractice no fault divorce.
