Excel work

we need to add some more formulas into this project.  We need to add in a time off policy that feeds into the equation. Each day should equal 0.05%.

We also need to a formula box for a Give me box.  This one should give you 25% but only a total of 4 can be used for the entire year.

Also if a person earms commission of over 100% for the month it should go into a pool so if the person is short next month it will carry over.
