Role Overview:

Primary Responsibilities:
Outreach & Relationship Building: Engage with Coaches using a crafted message, encouraging them to participate in our strategic survey. Establish trust, build long-lasting relationships, and foster a sense of community.
Feedback Collection & Reporting: Document feedback, insights, and any potential leads from the survey and interactions, ensuring that data is effectively communicated to the team.
Sales & Conversion: While your primary role is relationship-building, there will be moments where you need to pivot into a sales role, promoting our offerings and services to coaches who express a genuine interest.
Continuous Learning & Alignment: Regularly sync with the team, aligning with our evolving vision and strategy, ensuring you’re always promoting our most current offerings and ideas.
Who You Are:
