About Rebuilding Thoughts:
We provide 1:1 trauma recovery coaching for global companies. We support the customer service and content moderation teams who by nature of their role, witness very disturbing content. Content moderators pull traumatic content (i.e. hate speech, CSAM material, graphic images) from the internet to keep the online spaces safe and can experience PTSD as a result.
Our mission: To empower employees in high stress roles, with practical tools to transform their bag of emotional rocks into a bag of tricks, with the highest quality service, in the most delightful manner. We specialise in trauma, stress and burnout recovery.
