Looking for a professional resume writer

Hello! I am looking to have my son’s résumé rewritten. Although his current résumé does detail his experience it doesn’t do a very good job explaining the depth of what he does for a living.  At his most recent position as an Email Marketing Specialist he is responsible for designing and coding marketing email campaigns for Rejuvenation hardware. Rejuvenation hardware is a subsidiary of William Sonoma/pottery barn company These emails regularly go out to millions of Subscribers generating much of their revenue.  Software used: adobe XD, Illustrator, Dream Weaver and Photoshop on a regular basis along with CheetahMail marketing platform.  Coding: HTML, CSS  Attached is a copy of his current résumé.  Please let me know how much to rewrite his resumes so that it Sounds more professional and grabs your attention.  Thank you so much for your help!
