SAP FICO Consultant (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) Consultant to join our team. As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP Financials and Controlling modules to optimize our financial processes. This position is remote and requires availability during EST timings (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and maintain SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions.
Provide expertise in SAP FICO best practices and guide the team in implementing finance and controlling solutions.
Conduct system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Perform data migration and integration activities related to financial processes.
Support end-users by providing training, resolving issues, and ensuring the successful adoption of SAP FICO solutions.
Stay updated on SAP advancements and recommend system enhancements as needed.
Participate in the planning and execution of SAP projects and upgrades.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP Financials (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Experience in SAP data migration, data integration, and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
SAP certification in FICO is a plus.
