UX Design – CSS – JS – Website Redesign Detail Page

I have a website that requires a slight redesign to its detail page. As the website is not built on Shopify or WordPress etc.., it was developed and its maintained by a team of developers who provide limited access to overwrite certain CSS or JavaScript files.

The ideal candidate for this role should be proficient in UX Design, CSS and JavaScript, i have a basic vistion on how i want the detail page to look, but it still needs a UX designer to desing it and then code it with CSS or JS depending on whats needed.
