As a Virtual Assistant for our web media company, you will play a crucial role in the publication and content creation process for one of our websites.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Adding Articles on WordPress: Efficiently upload and format articles on our WordPress platform, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-structured.
-Creating Images on Canva: Design eye-catching and relevant images using Canva to accompany articles, making them engaging and shareable.
-Quality Assurance: Review articles to ensure they meet our high standards for quality, accuracy, and SEO optimization before publication.
-Communication: Collaborate with other freelancers, including writers and editors, to coordinate content creation and publication schedules.
Qualifications:
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, and Trello (experience is a plus).
-Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Effective communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
